Mission Statement: The mission of Virtuoso Administrative Services is to partner with entrepreneurs and business owners of small to medium size companies to help them achieve greater efficiency, productivity, and growth in their company by providing excellent, cost-effective business and personal administrative solutions.
Office Hours: One of the many benefits of working with Virtuoso is that I am not limited to standard business hours. I am available to my clients when they need me.
Virtuoso's core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. Evening and weekend hours are available with prior notice, or if established in our Work Agreement. Rush, evening and weekend requests may be subject to a higher hourly rate.
Time Management and Tracking: You pay only for time I've actively worked on your business requirements, and time is tracked using the TimeStamp application. Work is billed in 1 minute increments, (not rounded up) and a summary of services performed will be provided at month-end invoicing.
Work Agreements: Once we've discussed and established your business requirements, a standard Work Agreement will be prepared and sent to you to review and for your signature; a copy of which must be returned via fax or mail prior to any work being started. This Work Agreement is used to ensure there is a clear mutual understanding of requirements and terms of our partnership.
Billing Policies: Fees are pre-paid one month in advance, and the first month’s fee, along with the signed Work Agreement must be received prior to work being started.
If you need more hours than what our monthly plan stipulates, you won't have to worry about paying a higher hourly rate. Additional hours worked over the monthly plan will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate stipulated in our Agreement. Unused time will not be carried over to the next month’s billing cycle.
Incidentals, additional hours worked, and the next month’s retainer fee will be invoiced on the last business day of the month, and are submitted via email.
Payment is due upon receipt and is considered past due ten (10) days from receipt of invoice. Payments not received by the 10th of the month are considered late and are subject to a monthly late fee of 1.5% of the total invoice.
Payment Options: For your convenience, Virtuoso offers several options for you to pay your invoice.
Personal and business checks or money orders: Please make checks payable to Virtuoso Administrative Services.
E-checks and credit card payments are also accepted and can be made securely through PayPal by clicking the button below. (Note: You do not need to have an account with PayPal to make payments).
A $25.00 charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
Expenses: Expenses specific to your business, including but not limited to courier service, mileage, postage, company letterhead, etc. will be added to your invoice. Large expenditures, such as outside printing services, product vendor fees, and gift purchases can be coordinated for you, but arrangements will be made for the vendor to bill you directly unless other arrangements have been made. Usual and customary business expenses are the sole responsibility of Virtuoso.
