Though Virtuoso is primarily a Real Estate Virtual Assistance company, we offer executive level Administrative Solutions to non-real estate related businesses as well! 

Listed below is a sampling of administrative services Virtuoso offers to clients.  If there's a service you need but don't see, please ask for possible accommodation.

Business/Personal Concierge Services

  • Never miss an appointment, birthday or anniversary with our reminder services.

  • Order gifts and flowers as a thank you or to commemorate special occasions.

  • Event Planning/Meeting Arrangements: Coordinate venue arrangements, catering, printing of materials, and take-away gifts, create and issue invitations, coordinate confirmations and provide for event follow-up to obtain feedback from guests. 

  • Arrange for mail, newspaper delivery, utilities

  • Schedule appointments, respond to invitations, manage outside services/contractors, and arrange for deliveries.

  • Provide directions, community information and assist in moving and relocation.

  • Take care of your travel arrangements, work with travel agent to plan for your business trips and even vacations!

Data Management/Reporting Solutions:

  • Data entry assignments

  • Design and manage your spreadsheets

  • Develop and distribute surveys for you and monitor the results.

  • Assist with or coordinate the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of software or report modifications affecting production.

  • Develop and maintain basic MS-Access databases, import/export information,  and performing back-ups of your data.

Desktop Publishing:

  • Create your business cards, brochures, letterhead and labels.

Document Management:

Executive Assistance:

  • Manage your calendar by being your customer's "go to" person to schedule and confirm your appointments.

  • Set up system(s) to provide email management and response, handle phone calls, voice mail and fax requests.

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements and prepare itineraries for you or your clients by using your preferred provider or mine.

  • Purchase supplies, software and equipment for your business and coordinate delivery.

  • Transcribe meeting minutes, manuscripts, other business or personal documents using micro or mini cassettes, by phone or by online file transfers.

  • Coordinate online meetings for scheduled or impromptu conference calls and informing participants of meeting date/time and call-in process.

  • Perform internet research on products, services, company information, or any other subject you're interested in and report results back to you by supplying either the web address or information that you specify.

  • Put together and ship mailings for you via postal mail, FedEx or UPS.

General Bookkeeping

  • Manage your billing process by gathering data needed to prepare and submit invoices, and receive and enter payments for your products and services. 

  • Develop business expense reports, monitor expenses, develop and provide weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports.

  • Partnering with other vendors?  Virtuoso can work with the vendors you use to ensure proper billing and work compliance, and/or research other services you may need.

  • Set up online banking or online bill payment services for your business or personal use, as well as reconcile bank statements for your business and personal bank accounts.

Marketing Assistance

  • Provide marketing assistance by helping you develop a marketing plan and assist you in implementation.

  • Help you create or build your online presence.

  • Develop marketing materials

  • Monitor results of marketing campaigns and surveys.
